Terms of Service – WC Connector

Welcome to WC Connector (“Service”), operated by Finesse Project Lab (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using WC Connector at https://www.finesseprojectlab.com/wc-connector/, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must have a valid Google account and grant the required permissions to use features that connect to Google Sheets and Google Drive metadata. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Description of Service
WC Connector allows users to connect with Google and perform spreadsheet-related actions, including reading and writing Google Sheets data, and (if enabled) browsing spreadsheet file metadata from Google Drive.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Do not misuse Google APIs, exceed allowed quotas abusively, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not upload or process malicious code or harmful content through the Service.
4. Google API and User Data
Our access to Google user data is limited to the scopes you approve on the Google consent screen. We use this data only to provide and improve core Service functionality requested by you.
WC Connector’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. User Responsibilities for Data
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights to any data you read, write, or manage through WC Connector, including content in your Google Sheets.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finesse Project Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm, legal risk, or security issues.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
